Alright. Two questions. First off, are any of you from Pulse or Cocoon?
Second...
... How long is 'Seventh Heaven' open?
[ As it's probably obvious from Lightning's voice, these two questions (the first of which she was already reluctant to bring up and the second actually not what she was originally planning on asking) come from a very tired and frustrated young woman right now. You see, although she soon received access to personal explanations, the journal network, and the guide after she woke up... that doesn't mean she had to truly believe it all. Without anyone she knows around to basically tie her down, that's why on the morning of the 13th, she got up, deliberately avoided running into anyone, and gathered up what she could before heading off into the forest- to find this 'barrier' around the place herself.
A few days later, it finally hits her for real that she's in serious trouble here. The other l'Cie are unaccounted for, she can't figure a way out, and most importantly, she doesn't know how much time she has left. The Brand on her chest left by the Pulsian fal'Cie changed when she arrived here, and that means her Focus is most likely still in effect. However, away from her own world, she can't complete it even if she wanted to.
And so, looking rather rough around the edges, she's finally making her way back into the main part of town, then heading over to the restaurant Adell had mentioned to her earlier. If you're wondering how she made it out there and back in such a short time despite having zero experience navigating in a place like this... well, it's not like she could get much sleep out there when she was all by herself, right? ]

[Voice]
Is there a certain time I should expect you? I can have something warm for you to drink whenever you arrive.
[Voice]
[Voice]
Sanji at your service, Miss!
[Voice]
[ Adell mentioned a Sanji, didn't he? She frowns slightly, thinking a moment. ]
Just... warm water would be fine.
[Voice]
[And if she has nothing else to say, he'll be waiting as promised for whenever she arrives]
[Voice] > [Action]
[ And it isn't long before she makes an appearance, carrying a bag and her gunblade and looking like... well, someone who's been tramping through the cold forest for a few days without taking the time to clean up or rest yet. That doesn't mean she's not clearly scrutinizing the place when she walks in, though. Pretty much everything is weird to her here so far. ]
[Action]
Is this the lady I spoke to over the journals?
[Action]
That's right.
[Action]
You can take a seat wherever you like! I'll be out with you drink shortly~!
[It's technically ready - he just needs to fetch it. Which he shall do post-haste]
[Action]
[ As she does after a moment of deliberation, pushing down any second guesses about this whole idea in the first place. It's not like she has anything better to do.
Still, tired as she is it's easy to tell that old habits die hard- she continues to keep herself and her things ready to go at a moment's notice, even as she immediately pulls out her journal again and sets it on the table. ]
[Action]
Here you are. And hungry, by any chance? [He'd guess yes but you can never be sure]
[Action]
[ She blinks slowly, staring at the menu without picking it up- there's a reason why she only requested water... though there's also a reason why she came somewhere like this, instead of trying to pick stuff out of a store again. ]
Everything is... really strong here.
[ More of a general observation than a complaint of what she currently sees, but she has been meaning to make it ever since she bothered to try anything. ]
[Action]
If you'd like, I can make you a more subtle dish. [He's opening up his journal, flipping to the back pages]
Do you like fish?
[Action]
But fish she can probably do... one of her hometown's major claims to fame is the beach, after all. ]
Hmm... yeah. What kind of fish?
[Action]
He shows her a picture of this (http://sparklette.net/archives/457/codfish.jpg).]
I'd recommend codfish myself, with a saffron sauce.
[Action]
Alright.
[Action]
Here you are. [He places it in front of her.] Please enjoy~
