[ Today, Lightning's doing something fairly unusual in comparison to her normal - and recently even darker than normal - behavior. For once, she's outside and yet doesn't seem busy, merely watching as her puppy Baldr frolics about in the general area of community housing 4 in search of sticks to defeat, things to dig up, and nearby people to greet. In fact, the young woman and dog look pretty safe to come 'visit' with today- especially since there's also no gunblade in sight, and as she sits down to lean against the outside wall, she makes a pretty inane-seeming public message. ]

These seasons... usually last about three months each, right? How much warmer does it get?

[Okay.

Last time ended up pretty okay, so Masaomi decides, when he sees Lightning relaxing near C4 that this might be his big chance! A comeback. Thus, with a smile, he waves and closes in on her]

[ You've an odd definition of 'okay,' you know- that last encounter is not something she looks back on fondly.

And she doesn't look very fond right now, either. When she sees him approaching, she stands up smoothly... but doesn't say anything. What now? ]

[It didn't end in him being shanked, and he even got her to sort of be okay with him at the end of it! ...But no she doesn't, but that doesn't stop him either, albeit her gives her much more distance than he would a lot of other girls]

[ Well, yes, she actually makes a point about looking nice, when she's not newly-returned from dead or... something. ]

[ Harsssshh. Her look must be awfully 'tainted' by now, obviously, even if her tone is more neutrally exasperated than angry. She'll feel bad about snapping at him (if that was indeed him during that one experiment, which she... doesn't really have much doubt against), but not about fending off his teenaged flirting. ]

Hehe... you might say that harsh attitude is part of your charm but~ ah, I can't help but wonder if it makes you unhappy.

[He sighs, shaking his head dramatically as he takes the last few steps to get as close as he intends to get. He then crouches down a bit]

[ Completely unwavering, there. Guess what happens when he crouches down, though? Baldr definitely takes notice- how do you feel about a big, black puppy quickly coming over, Kida? ]

[...! Oh, a dog?! He tries to catch/pet the dog a little surprises and slightly curious]

[ Yeah no, she's not so hot on letting you touch her dog either. She steps forward so that the puppy quickly notices that she's not all that happy and freezes out of arms-reach. ]

Ah, you could just say she's a bit resistant to me.

[ Tolerance levels: 0% She just takes a step back, gesturing to the dog. ]
